I live down in TX (S.A. area) and need to know what I can use to fill in the gaps in between the stones. I have read a little about something called Polymer(ic) sand but I don't know where I can find it. If anyone knows where I can find this stuff or if you know of any thing else that would work really well, I would greatly appreciate the help.

Am renting a power washer tommorrow to strip all of the old patio paint from my concrete patio, trying to get the patio ready for flagstone. What is a good type of bonder-concrete grout that I need to use with the flagstone and information on how to do/use it?
